Thank you for choosing the services of www.volarenglobo.com.mx. This website is offered to you, the Customer, subject to your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by all of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.

In order to improve the Service provided to our Passengers, Volar en globo, Aventura y Publicidad may change and/or modify at any time these Terms and Conditions, either partially or totally. The Terms and Conditions published on the website www.volarenglobo.com.mx (the "Site") at the time the Service is provided shall be applicable. Regardless of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, Volar en globo, aventura y publicidad will respect the conditions in force at the time the payment of the Reservation contracted by the Passenger has been made, except in the cases and with the exceptions established in the applicable legislation.

Definitions:

Adult: Any person 18 (eighteen) years of age or older as of the scheduled date of the flight, regardless of gender or nationality.

Balloon airport(s): Civilian public service airfield(s) with adequate facilities and services for the reception and dispatch of hot air balloons.

Call Center (Call Center): The area dedicated to communication via telephone, either inbound or outbound, with Passengers, business partners, associated companies, among others. It is managed by specialized personnel with the necessary physical and technological resources, based on processes and procedures defined to meet the Passenger's needs.

Sales Channels: The various technology platforms, affiliate network, Call Center and/or authorized physical points of sale for reservation confirmation.

Official Identification: The following documents will be considered as Official Identification:

   - Valid passport

   - Voter's credential

   - Professional license

   - Mexican Institute of Social Security or Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado) credential.

   - Permits issued by the National Institute of Migration

   - Identification issued by the Instituto Nacional de las Personas Adultas Mayores (National Institute for the Elderly)

   - Any identification document issued by a federal authority that contains the Passenger's full name and photograph.

   - Any identification document issued by a state authority containing the Passenger's full name and photograph (e.g. driver's license).

 The aforementioned documents must be presented physically and in original. No photostatic copies, photographs or scans of any document will be accepted, except in those cases in which the Passenger exhibits a certified copy of an affidavit of facts or complaint filed before the corresponding public prosecutor's office. Said certificate and/or complaint shall only be valid when it is not older than 3 (three) months as of the scheduled date of the flight.

Infant(s): Refers to any person under 4 (four) years of age on the day of the scheduled flight. Infant(s) who perform the balloon flight activity will have a discounted rate and may only perform the activity in a private flight.

Minor(s): Any person under 12 (twelve) years of age on the scheduled date of the flight, regardless of gender or nationality. Minors who perform the activity will have a discounted rate.

Passenger(s): Person and/or individuals who contracted and/or used or will use the Service with Volar en Globo, Aventura y Publicidad.

Passengers with Disabilities: Refers to Passengers with Physical Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Psychosocial Disabilities and Sensory Disabilities.

Passengers with Physical Disability: Refers to people who have a diminished capacity of movement or difficulty in performing conventional motor activities, either partially or totally. This type of disability may affect the upper extremities, lower extremities or both.

Passengers with Intellectual Disability: Refers to any person who has limitations in the ability to understand, interact with the environment and / or develop autonomously and independently. People with Intellectual Disabilities have difficulties in adaptive behaviors and in responding to different situations. These limitations are present in aspects such as mobility, perception, comprehension, language, handling and use of money, as well as in affective skills. However, if the environment provides them with the appropriate supports, the Person with Intellectual Disability will be able to perform assertively in their environment.

Passengers with Psychosocial Disability: Any person who suffers from restrictions caused by the social environment and which are centered on a temporary or permanent impairment of the mind. This may cause a change in the perception of things and people, self-perception and self-esteem. As a result, it also changes the way in which Passengers with Psychosocial Disabilities adapt and relate to their environment.

Sensory Impaired Passenger: Refers to those who have lost their visual or hearing ability, as well as those who have difficulty communicating or using language.

Reservation: The transaction for the purchase and sale of a place in the hot air balloon of the various Sales Channels. It guarantees the proper registration of the Passengers who will use the air transportation Services.

Additional Services: Refers to those services marketed and offered in addition to the Air Transportation Services. These services are optional for the Passenger and include ground transportation, breakfast, among others.

Fare(s): The consideration that the Passenger will pay to Volar en globo, aventura y publicidad for the provision of the Service. This includes the Base Fare, the type of flight chosen by the Passenger, as well as the Additional Services if applicable. The Fare may vary according to the conditions, availability and/or Additional Services selected by the Passenger.

2. Types of flight:

In Volar en Globo, Aventura y Publicidad we offer different types of packages to perform the balloon flight activity, which can be acquired by the Passengers according to their specific needs. The following is a description of what is included in each of our flight types:

1. Private Flight:

   • Exclusive balloon flight.
   • Traveler's insurance.
   • Coffee break before the flight.
   • Generic banner display (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc.).
   • Toast on landing.
   • Flight certificate.
   • Basic breakfast.

2. Private Flight Ring Delivery:

   • Exclusive balloon flight.
   • Coffee break.
   • Traveler's insurance.
   • Toast on landing.
   • Bouquet of roses.
   • Flight certificate.
   • Basic breakfast.
   • Canvas display with the legend "Will you marry me?".
   • Flight photo package.

3. Private VIP flight:

   • Exclusive balloon flight.
   • Traveler's insurance.
   • Coffee Break.
   • Toast with Moët Champagne upon landing.
   • Personalized flight certificate.
   • Basic breakfast.
   • Canvas display (Happy Birthday, I love you, etc.).
   • Flight photo package.
   • Bouquet of roses.

4. Private Family Flight:

   • Exclusive balloon flight.
   • Traveler's insurance.
   • Coffee break before the flight.
   • Generic banner display (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc.).
   • Toast on landing.
   • Flight certificate.
   • Basic breakfast.

5. Flight Sharing:

   • Shared balloon flight (from 2 to 18 passengers).
   • Toast on landing.
   • Traveler's insurance.
   • Coffee break.
   • Tarpaulin deployment.
   • Flight certificate.
   • Basic breakfast.

6. Shared Flight Birthday:

   • Shared balloon flight (from 2 to 18 passengers).
   • Toast on landing.
   • Traveler's insurance.
   • Coffee break.
   • Happy Birthday" canvas display.
   • Mañanitas at takeoff.
   • Kit for the birthday boy or girl.
   • Flight certificate.
   • Basic breakfast.

7. All Inclusive Shared Flight:

   • Shared balloon flight (from 2 to 18 passengers).
   • Round trip transportation CDMX (Downtown* - Teotihuacan).
   • Toast on landing.
   • Traveler's insurance.
   • Coffee break.
   • Tarpaulin deployment.
   • Flight certificate.
   • Basic breakfast.
