The customer must read, understand, and accept all the terms set forth in the Payment, Cancellation, Date Change, or Returns Policies, as well as any other documents incorporated therein by reference.
Contracting the hot air balloon flight service implies express, free, informed, specific and unequivocal consent to the privacy notices of Volar en Globo, Aventura y Publicidad S.A. de C.V., as well as your express consent to all established policies.

Payments:

  1. The customer will be able to select any of the payment methods available on the page www.volarenglobo.com.mx or from our telephone sales:
    • a) Charge to a credit or debit card.
    • b) Bank transfer via internet.
    • c) Payment via PayPal.
    • d) Cash deposit at convenience stores, ATMs, or bank teller windows.
    • e) E-commerce
    • f) Openpay is used as the payment gateway
  2. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and all payments must be made in that currency. The customer should be aware that, if payment is made in any other currency, Volar en Globo, Aventura y Publicidad S.A. de C.V. will have no influence over the exchange rate, fees, or amounts charged by their bank or by any of the platforms used to make the payment.
  3. When choosing to be charged on a credit or debit card, payment via PayPal, or payment through the website's e-commerce of www.volarenglobo.com.mx, the user is required to complete a charge authorization letter that specifies the cardholder's information and the payment card used.
  4. The service provider will send a booking confirmation to the customer’s email address, including the services covered, the deposit paid, and the total amount. The customer is required to check the details of their confirmation.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Date Changes:

  1. If you are unable to attend the appointment due to adverse, unforeseen circumstances, you must cancel and confirm the cancellation by phone or e-mail at least 36 hours in advance so that your flight can be rescheduled at no charge.
  2. If the customer reschedules their flight within the period between 36 and 12 hours prior to their reservation date, they may do so with an additional charge of 35% of the total price of their reservation, incurred for administrative and operational expenses.
  3. If there is no cancellation and confirmation of cancellation (via telephone or e-mail) or the passenger does not show up at the place and time of their flight, they will forfeit any right to a refund.
  4. If the customer does not show up at the time indicated on their flight confirmation, they must pay a penalty equal to 35% of the total of their booking in order to take part in the activity, if conditions are favorable to hold the activity on the date of their appointment.
  5. If it becomes necessary to change the date of a flight, it is the passenger’s responsibility to reschedule within a period not exceeding 12 months from the date the service was contracted; otherwise the right to the flight, as well as any deposit or payment made, will be forfeited.
  6. If fewer passengers than those indicated on the reservation are present, the full amount indicated in the flight confirmation must be paid.
  7. The estimated flight time is up to 45 min, but if weather conditions do not allow it, the company leaves it to the pilot's discretion. Therefore there will be no refund for flights with a duration of less than one hour.
  8. If the cancellation is due to the service provider, the customer:
    • a) You may request a date change within a period not exceeding 12 months from the date the service was contracted.
    • b) Request a refund of the deposit or of the full amount of your payment, as applicable (See returns appendix).

Returns:

  1. If you wish to cancel the purchase, the refund amount will be issued in Mexican pesos (MXN), regardless of the type of currency used by the customer to make the deposit or full payment for the service.
  2. All refunds of payments made via PayPal, bank terminal, E-commerce and bank transfers are subject to the terms and fees charged on the amount paid by the customer, as well as to any differences resulting from the advance payment and from the services and products that have been provided to our customers.
  3. All returns incur a 10% administrative fee, which is independent of the terms and fees charged by your bank and/or payment platform.
  4. Depending on the payment method, the amount owed by the service provider will be returned to the customer's card or account number within a minimum period of 10 business days after the service provider receives the cancellation or refund request.

Final Provisions:

Volar en Globo, Aventura y Publicidad S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the content of these Payment, Cancellation, Date Change and Refund Policies, in accordance with the rule that the customer is subject to these policies accepted during the booking process and that the customer can access said Payment, Cancellation, Date Change and Refund Policies.
