CONDITIONS
To ensure you have a safe flight, the following people will not be able to perform the activity:
- Children under 4 years old
- If you have had heart problems
- If you have recently had surgery
- Spine problems
- Pregnant women
- Cannot be addressed by lowering the normal alert level
- Carrying luggage, sharp weapons, or firearms on board is not allowed.
- Note *People weighing more than 100 kg must pay $40 per extra kilogram*

Planning
Arrival at Balloon Airport. FLY IN A BALLOON. Our staff will welcome you and we will begin with the biosecurity protocol (temperature, the use of antibacterial gel, and a face mask).
Registration and Coffee Break. We record your details and proceed to have your snack on our terrace while you watch how we prepare your balloon.
Boarding. Your pilot or crew will call you by the balloon's name. At this moment, the pilot will provide the safety instructions.
Hot air balloon ride. The wonderful experience of flying over the skies of Teotihuacan, surrounded by other balloons, and from there you can observe the entire archaeological site.
Landing and return to the balloon port. Once back on land, the champagne toast takes place, and you are returned to the facilities of Volar en Globo.
Certificates, photos and a souvenir. In the photography area we will show you photos from your flight, and you can buy souvenirs in our souvenir shop. The experience ends with the delivery of certificates and a farewell.
