In order to guarantee a safe flight, the following persons are NOT allowed to participate in the activity:
- Children under 4 years old
- If you have had heart problems
- If you have a recent surgery
- Spinal problems
- Pregnant women
- Cannot be approached with decreased normal alertness
- No luggage, sharp weapons or firearms are allowed on board.
- Note *People weighing more than 100 kg must pay $40 per extra kilo*.

Planning
Our staff will welcome you and we will start with the registration.
Our team will check you in and collect your remaining amount. You can go up to our terrace to have a snack while you watch how we prepare your balloon or to the restrooms.
Your pilot or staff will call the name of the balloon and we will move to the launch area. Shortly the pilot will introduce himself and give safety instructions.
The wonderful experience of flying over the skies of Teotihuacan surrounded by other balloons and from there to observe the entire archaeological site begins.
Once on the ground, the toast ceremony takes place and the return to Volar en Globo's facilities.
In the photo area we will show you the photos and video of your flight and you will be able to buy souvenirs in our souvenir store.
After receiving your certificate, you will have a buffet breakfast in our facilities.
Our transportation team will coordinate with the passengers the return trips, either to the Archaeological Zone or to CDMX.
