SHIPPING METHOD
1. Shared transportation service. The booked trip takes place with people who have reserved this service on the same day as you, so it is likely that during your transfer CDMX – Teotihuacán – CDMX other stops will be made to pick up/drop off passengers.
The route/stops during the CDMX trip may be different from those made on the Teotihuacán
2. Private transportation service. The booked trip is carried out in a vehicle exclusively for the people who have reserved the service, so no stops are made on the CDMX – Teotihuacán – CDMX route.
ules50Passengers may choose the return time to CDMX, with the latest time being 12:30 hrs.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The morning pick-up time may be modified according to the day's logistics. Your seller will contact you to confirm the time one day before your flight.
The passenger has a 5-minute grace period at the time of the morning pick-up and must be at the location agreed upon with the sales area or the transport operator. If the passenger is staying at a hotel, they must be in the lobby at the agreed time. If the passenger is staying at a private residence, they must be outside it at the agreed time. Once the grace period has elapsed, the transport operator is authorized to leave.
• If access to your hotel or residence involves closed streets or streets that do not allow vehicle access, you must notify us so we can wait for you on the nearest accessible avenue.
• Once the operator has withdrawn due to the customer's failure to comply with the scheduled time, the customer will forfeit their deposit.
• The passenger has a 5-minute tolerance period at the time of the pick-up for the return, and must be at the location agreed with the transport operator. Once the tolerance period has elapsed, the transport operator is authorized to leave. If for any reason you will not be on time or experience delays, please contact your seller immediately to report your issues. The sooner you contact us, the more we will be able to offer any possible solution (additional charges may apply).
In the event of flight cancellation, the full amount for the transportation service must be covered. For future bookings, a 20% discount will be applied if the service is rebooked, and the same conditions stated in this document will apply.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We make our best effort to return items left behind in our vehicles to their owners, but please note that we cannot assume any liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items. The owner will be required to pay the costs arising from the shipping of forgotten or found belongings from any of our vehicles.
