TYPE OF TRANSPORT

1. Shared transportation service. The contracted trip is made with people who have booked this service the same day as you, so it is likely that during your transfer CDMX - Teotihuacan - CDMX other stops are made to pick up / drop off passengers.
- The time of return to Mexico City will be according to the transportation logistics that you have on that day, this time can be between 10:00 am or 12:30 pm, which will be indicated by the operator and can not be modified by passengers.
- The route / stops during the journey CDMX - Teotihuacan may be different from those made in the route Teotihuacan - CDMX.
2Private transportation service. The contracted trip is done in a car exclusively for the people who have booked the service, so no stops are made on the route CDMX - Teotihuacan - CDMX.
- Passengers can choose the time of return to the CDMX, being the latest time 12:30 hrs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The morning pick-up time may be modified according to the logistics of the day. Your salesperson will contact you to confirm the time one day before your flight.
- The passenger has 5 minutes of tolerance at the time of pick-up in the morning, and must be in the place agreed with the sales area or the transport operator. If the passenger is staying at a hotel, he/she must be in the lobby at the agreed time. If the passenger is staying at a private home, he/she must be outside at the agreed time. Once the tolerance time has elapsed, the transportation operator has the right to withdraw.
- If the access to your hotel or home are closed streets or do not allow access to vehicles, you must notify the operator to wait for you in the nearest avenue with access.
- Once the operator has withdrawn for failure to comply with the client's schedule, the client will lose his advance.
- The passenger has 5 minutes of tolerance at the time of pick-up for the return, and must be at the place agreed with the transportation operator. Once the tolerance time has elapsed, the transport operator has the right to withdraw. If for any reason you will not be on time or are delayed, please contact your vendor immediately to report your problems. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we will be able to offer you any possible solution (additional charges may be incurred).
- In case of flight cancellation, the full amount for the transportation service must be paid. For future bookings, a 20% discount will be applied in case of re-booking the service and the same conditions mentioned in this document will apply.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We do our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but please note that we cannot assume any responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. The owner will be responsible for the cost of shipping any belongings left or found in one of our units.
