Our hot air balloon experience with 8 family members was absolutely unforgettable! 🎈❤️ Before taking off, we were welcomed with delicious coffee and treats, which was a wonderful way to start the morning. Our pilot, Fabian Hernandez, did an excellent job explaining all the instructions and making sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the experience. He handled both the takeoff and landing smoothly and safely. The views were breathtaking, especially seeing the beautiful Pyramids of Teotihuacán from above. Sharing such a special experience with our family made it even more memorable. And of course… Bengala was the BEST balloon! 🎈🔥 We had an amazing time and would absolutely do this experience again!

Excelente experiencia. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y el vuelo en globo fue increíble, con unas vistas hermosas de Teotihuacán. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. ¡Una experiencia que definitivamente recomiendo! 🎈🇲🇽
